One inbox, one person.
There is no support team, no ticket number and no chat widget staffed by something that has never placed a trade. There is an email address, and somebody reads it.
What to write about
- Anything free that is broken. A calculator giving a number you cannot reproduce, a Trade Lab that will not read your export, a Playbook link that fails. Send the file if it is the Lab, or the numbers you typed if it is a calculator.
- EDGEON. What it does, what it runs on, the waitlist, and once it ships, licences and installation.
- Anything on this site you think is wrong. This is the most useful email we get. Every figure here is meant to be checkable against a source or a calculation, and the fastest way we find out one is not is somebody telling us. A correction that lands is worth more to us than a compliment.
- Press, partnerships, or "can I use this".
What we cannot answer
We cannot tell you what to trade, when to trade it, how much to risk, or whether the setup on your chart is a good one. That is not us being cagey. It is personalized trading advice, Garage Trades LLC is not a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor or broker-dealer, and we have no interest in behaving like one.
What we can do is explain how something works, which is what the guides and the calculators are for. If the answer to your question already exists on one of those pages, we will send you the link rather than retype it, and if it does not exist yet, your question is a decent argument for writing it.

How long it takes
One person answers, so nothing gets triaged into a queue and nothing gets closed by a bot for inactivity. The aim is one business day. If a week goes past with nothing, assume it went astray rather than that you were ignored, and send it again.
Social is not support
Comments and messages on YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok and Discord may well get read, but they are not tracked and they are easy to lose. Anything you need an actual answer to should go to the email address above. That is the one that gets worked through.
Before you write about a number. If a figure on this site looks wrong, the page it is on usually says where it came from: the guides end with the sources they were checked against, and the calculators show their arithmetic. That is often faster than waiting for a reply, and if the source and the page disagree, the source wins and we want to know.
