1. Acceptance

By accessing GarageTrades.com (the "Site") or using any Garage Trades content or software, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Full Risk Disclaimer, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Educational content, no advice

All content is educational only and is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See the Full Risk Disclaimer for details, including the CFTC Rule 4.41 hypothetical performance disclosure.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, content, brand assets, and all Garage Trades software (including NinjaTrader® indicators, source code, and compiled assemblies) are the property of Garage Trades and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly licensed, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, decompile, reverse-engineer, or share our software or paid content.

4. Software licenses

Purchased or free indicators, including EDGEON, are products of Garage Trades LLC and are licensed by it, not sold. Unless otherwise stated in the product's license terms, each license is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the number of machines stated at purchase. License abuse (sharing, reselling, cracking) terminates the license immediately without refund.

5. Subscription, renewal and cancellation

EDGEON is a monthly subscription that renews automatically. When you subscribe you pay $14 for a 14-day trial and give us a card. At the end of the trial, unless you have cancelled, that card is charged the monthly price less the $14 you already paid. From then on it is charged the monthly price every month, on the same day of the month, until you cancel. The monthly price is shown on the EDGEON page and in Checkout before you enter a card, and again in the email that carries your licence key.

You can cancel at any time from garagetrades.com/license using Manage billing, or by emailing support@garagetrades.com. Cancelling stops the next payment. EDGEON keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops, and updates stop with it.

Founder pricing, where offered, stays yours for as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, you pay the public price of that day.

If we change the monthly price, we email you at least 30 days before the first renewal at the new price, and you can cancel before it bills. If a renewal payment fails, EDGEON keeps running for a few days while you update the card at the link above; if the payment still does not go through, access ends when those days do.

6. Refunds

The trial is the refund policy. Every EDGEON subscription starts with a 14-day trial for $14, and that $14 is credited against your first month, so the trial costs nothing on top of the subscription. Cancel inside those 14 days and the $14 is the whole of what you paid.

After the first full month bills, we do not refund. You had two weeks on your own charts, at your own cost, to decide, and you can cancel at any time in one click. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the month already running, and your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Two exceptions, and they are not discretionary. If we take a payment in error, we refund it. If a license is not delivered and we cannot get it working, we refund it. Email support@garagetrades.com either way.

Free products are provided as-is with no obligation of support.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to breach its security, scrape or harvest data, or use our content or community to spam, defraud, or solicit others.

8. Third-party services

The Site links to third-party platforms (YouTube, Discord, payment processors, email providers). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC; Garage Trades LLC is independent and unaffiliated.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garage Trades LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, content, or software.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, where Garage Trades LLC is formed and operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site, our content, or our software will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Before any of that: email us. Almost every problem is a misunderstanding or a mistake we can fix, and we would rather fix it than litigate it.
